All our travel guides are digital downloads, so once they’ve been delivered, the sale is final. After you’ve accessed the download link, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. There’s simply no way to “return” a digital file.

We do our best to ensure that every guide is described clearly, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you buy. If you have any questions before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.

If something goes wrong with your download, or you don’t receive your file, let us know via our contact form, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.

If you’ve received a duplicate order or a clear payment error, please get in touch within 7 days, and we’ll resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
