Off the Main Road Magazine
Real roads. Real stories. Real Australia.
Off the Main Road Magazine is a glossy, photography-led periodical for slow travel through the outback and regional Australia.
This isn’t a quick travel guide. It’s a magazine built to be looked at as much as read: full-page landscapes, rich colour, the kind of photography that makes you want to be standing right there in the red dirt or floating on the water. Every image was shot on the road, not sourced from a stock library.
We put an issue together every six months, once we’ve earned the stories worth telling.
Long-form features, real routes, real campsites, and photography that captures Australia exactly as we find it. Wherever we happen to be.
