Off the Main Road Magazine Subscriber Draw:
Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Peak Hour Marketing for Off the Main Road Magazine, 2/290 Boundary Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000 (“the Promoter”).

2. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold an active, paid print or digital subscription to Off the Main Road Magazine on the cut-off date for subscriptions for each issue. Employees, contributors and volunteers of Off the Main Road Magazine, and their immediate family members (spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling), are not eligible. Single-issue purchases are not eligible.

3. How to enter
There is nothing to fill out. Every eligible subscriber is automatically entered in each draw, with one entry per active subscription per draw. Entry is by purchasing a subscription at its advertised price (including any introductory or promotional price), and nothing extra is charged to enter.

4. Entry period and draw
This is an ongoing promotion with one draw after each issue release. Each entry period closes at 11:59 pm AEST time on the release date of the current issue (“the cut-off date”). All eligible subscribers with an active subscription at the cut-off date are entered in that issue’s draw. Release dates are published at offthemainroad.com.au. The draw will be conducted by random selection within 7 days of the cut-off date.

5. Prize
One prize is awarded per draw: a 12-month subscription to Off the Main Road Magazine, in the same format as the winning subscription (print or digital). Valued at the recommended retail price at the date of the draw, including GST. The prize extends the winner’s subscription from the end of their current term. It is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by email, using the address on their subscription, within 7 days of the draw. The winner’s first name and state will be published in the next issue of Off the Main Road Magazine, and may also be published at offthemainroad.com.au. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to this publication.

7. Unclaimed prizes
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize is forfeited. The Promoter may, at its discretion, redraw the prize.

8. General
The Promoter may request proof of eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who does not meet these terms. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may amend or end the promotion by publishing notice at offthemainroad.com.au, but this will not affect a draw that has already taken place. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entry to the promotion or the use of the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy
Personal information is collected to run the draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize, and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy at offthemainroad.com.au/privacy

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
